Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, I’ve had the privilege of leading various mission-driven organizations. My most recent roles include serving as president at Carondelet High School, CEO at Ronald McDonald House Charities Bay Area, and president and CEO at The Kidney TRUST. Before that, during my time in San Diego, I worked as the executive director at Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego and provided change management consulting to numerous local nonprofits.
Throughout my career, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of nonprofit operations and strategy. I hold a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from San Diego State University.
Arctic Ice Project’s ambitious objectives, exceptional teams, supportive partners, and recent progress fill me with honor and enthusiasm.
